Neighbourhood stores already take orders on WhatsApp, as photos of handwritten lists and long chat messages. This form keeps that habit but adds the details that avoid calls: what to do if an item is out of stock, when to deliver, and how the customer will pay, including putting it on their khata.

In practice
A store shares this link with its regular customers. One customer types her list, uploads a photo of the rest, asks for a similar brand if something is out, and picks an evening slot. The shopkeeper packs the order and confirms by WhatsApp.
Not a fit if
That works. The list box is required, but you can make it optional in the builder if you prefer photo-only orders.
It records the customer's choice to put the order on their khata. The ledger itself stays in your own register or billing app.
Put it in the form description. The form does not calculate order totals.
