Why it matters

A Google review tells you a customer was unhappy. A feedback form tells you why, and gives you something to act on. FormBharat lets you collect NPS scores, star ratings, and written responses in a single form you can share on WhatsApp the moment a customer walks out or places an order.

In practice

What this looks like right after checkout

A salon sends the feedback form link via WhatsApp right after checkout. A customer rates their visit and leaves a comment. If the rating comes in at 2 stars or below, the owner gets an instant email alert and can call the customer back before they post a public review elsewhere. Weekly, the owner exports responses to Google Sheets to track the NPS trend over the month.

Not a fit if

When to look elsewhere

  • You need automated sentiment analysis or AI summaries of open-text answers, FormBharat collects and stores responses, it doesn't auto-analyse free text for you.
  • You need feedback published to public review profiles like Google or Facebook, responses stay private to you, this isn't a review-syndication tool.
  • You need a ticketing workflow to assign and resolve individual complaints, the Support Ticket template is built for that, a feedback form isn't.

FAQ

Common questions

What is an NPS field and how does it work?

NPS (Net Promoter Score) asks customers to rate how likely they are to recommend you on a scale of 0–10. FormBharat includes a built-in NPS field you can add to any form. Scores of 9–10 are Promoters, 7–8 Passives, and 0–6 Detractors, giving you a single number to track satisfaction over time.

Can customers submit feedback anonymously?

Yes. Make the name and contact fields optional or remove them entirely. Customers who want to give honest feedback without being identified can do so, you still get the rating and written response.

How do I share the feedback form with customers?

Share the form link on WhatsApp, put a QR code on your bill or counter, embed it on your website's thank-you page, or send it via SMS after a transaction. The form opens in any browser, no app download required.

Will I get alerted if someone leaves a bad rating?

Yes. Set up an automatic email notification that fires when a response falls below a star threshold. This lets you follow up with unhappy customers quickly, before they leave a public review.

Can I export feedback data to Excel for analysis?

Yes. All responses export as a CSV file in one click. You can also connect to Google Sheets so every new response appears in a spreadsheet automatically, in real time.
