Sending a Razorpay link separately after a form submission creates friction — some customers pay, many forget. When you embed a payment field directly in your form, the transaction and the data collection happen in one step. You receive the submission and the payment at the same time, with no follow-up required.
How it works
Add a Payment field to any existing or new form
Enter your Razorpay API keys in account settings — one-time setup
Customers pay inline — you get paid and get the data simultaneously
What you get
Razorpay-powered UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and net banking
Fixed amount or customer-entered amount — your choice
Instant payment confirmation in your dashboard
Auto-receipt emailed to the customer on completion
Works with any form type — fees, orders, donations, deposits
No extra platform fees charged by FormBharat

FAQ
FormBharat supports UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM, any UPI app), debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), and net banking — all powered by Razorpay.
Yes. You need a Razorpay account (free to create) and enter your Razorpay API keys in FormBharat's settings. All payments go directly to your Razorpay account — FormBharat does not hold or touch any funds.
Yes. Set a fixed amount (e.g., ₹500 registration fee) or allow customers to enter their own amount — useful for donations or variable fee structures. Conditional logic can also show different amounts based on earlier answers.
No. FormBharat charges nothing on transactions. Razorpay's standard processing fee (typically around 2%) applies, but that's between you and Razorpay directly. FormBharat takes nothing.
After a successful payment, the customer sees the custom thank-you message you configure in form settings. If email notifications are enabled, they also receive a receipt. Payment status appears in your FormBharat dashboard against that response.
