We wrote this in plain language on purpose. If something is unclear, email us and we will explain it — and improve the document.
We collect only what we need to run the service. There are two sources:
We use your data to run the service — nothing more. Specifically:
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or profile you for third parties.
Your data is stored in Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL with regular backups. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use row-level security to ensure your forms and responses are only accessible to you.
You have real control over your data:
To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@formbharat.com.
FormBharat is not intended for anyone under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this policy as the product evolves. For significant changes — ones that affect how your data is used — we will notify you by email and post a notice on the dashboard. Continuing to use FormBharat after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
Privacy questions, data requests, or concerns — reach us at:

We aim to respond within 2 business days.
