Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to run the service. There are two sources:

We use your data to run the service — nothing more. Specifically:

• Provide and maintain FormBharat for you
• Deliver form responses to you via email or webhook
• Send service-related notifications (not marketing, unless you opt in)
• Improve the product and fix bugs
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• Comply with applicable laws

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or profile you for third parties.

Your data is stored in Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL with regular backups. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use row-level security to ensure your forms and responses are only accessible to you.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

• Infrastructure providers — Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), AWS (AI features, file storage). These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
• Legal requirements — If we are required to disclose data by law, court order, or government request, we will comply and notify you where legally permitted.
• With your consent — We will never share your data with third parties beyond the above without your explicit permission.

You have real control over your data:

• Access — request a copy of all the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate information
• Deletion — delete your account and all associated data from your dashboard settings
• Export — download your form responses in CSV format at any time
• Opt out — unsubscribe from any marketing emails with one click

We use cookies to keep you logged in and to understand how people use FormBharat. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings — the main effect is that you will be logged out on each visit. Essential session cookies cannot be turned off while using the service.

FormBharat is not intended for anyone under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. For significant changes — ones that affect how your data is used — we will notify you by email and post a notice on the dashboard. Continuing to use FormBharat after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
