What this looks like for a coaching institute running multiple batches

An institute creates a separate admission form per batch, for example "JEE Batch, July 2026", and shares each one via WhatsApp broadcast to enquiry leads and its Instagram bio link. A parent fills in the student's name, class, and course interest, and submits. The counselling team gets an instant email, and with Google Sheets sync on, the whole admissions team sees the entry live in a shared sheet. Once a batch's response limit is hit, only that batch's form auto-closes with a "Batch full, join the waitlist" message, the other batches' forms stay open.

When to look elsewhere

• You need fee or tuition payment collected inside the admission form itself, the Payment field for UPI and card is still coming soon, so fee collection has to be arranged separately for now.
• You need per-batch seat limits with automatic waitlisting inside a single form, a response limit closes the whole form once hit, it can't cap one batch at 30 seats while leaving another batch on the same form open, you'd need a separate form per batch for that.
• You need admissions data to flow automatically into an existing school ERP or student information system for roll numbers and academic records, FormBharat is standalone, nothing syncs to your existing school software.
