Terms of Service

By creating an account or using FormBharat, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and FormBharat.

FormBharat is an online form builder. It lets you create forms, collect responses, analyse data, and connect to other services via webhooks and integrations. The core product is free and always will be. Paid plans add advanced features.

When you create an account, you take on two responsibilities:

FormBharat is built for legitimate business use. The following are not allowed:

• Violating any applicable law or regulation
• Collecting sensitive personal information (passwords, payment card numbers) via unprotected forms
• Sending spam or unsolicited messages through form notification systems
• Infringing on anyone's intellectual property
• Distributing malware or harmful code through forms or embeds
• Harassing, threatening, or harming other people
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account
• Using automated tools to scrape or overload our infrastructure

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules without prior notice. Repeat or severe violations will result in permanent termination.

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy. When you collect data through forms, you become the data controller for that information. You are responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws — including the IT Act 2000 and relevant regulations in India — when collecting personal information from form respondents.

We work hard to keep FormBharat available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may take the service down for maintenance, or modify or remove features at any time. We will give advance notice for planned downtime where reasonably possible.

FormBharat has a free tier that we intend to keep free permanently. Paid plans are billed in advance according to the plan you choose. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change with 30 days' notice. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, but you can cancel at any time and your plan will remain active until the end of the paid period.

You can delete your account at any time from dashboard settings. All your data will be removed within 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We will try to provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the situation unless the violation is severe (e.g. illegal activity, abuse of other users).

FormBharat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including data loss, revenue loss, or business interruption — arising from your use of the service. Our total liability in any situation is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold FormBharat harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. If you are accessing FormBharat from outside India, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. For material changes — ones that meaningfully affect your rights or obligations — we will give at least 14 days' notice via email and an in-app banner. Continuing to use FormBharat after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
