Frequently asked questions

Is this a binding booking?

No. It is a request. Your shop confirms the booking, the rate terms and any advance on your own terms, and handles identity, PAN and invoicing at the counter as your shop normally does.

Can I offer rate protection?

Many jewellers offer to honour the lower of the booking-day rate and the purchase-day rate. If you do, say so in the form description and the Rate Preference option will match it.

Does the form ask for ID numbers?

No. It does not collect Aadhaar, PAN or card details. Keep identity checks for the shop counter.
